ELITE SPORTS CONDITIONING IN PLANO & RICHARDSON, TX

While Elite Therapy Solutions has focused on sports rehabilitation for athletes, the Elite founders wanted to begin a proactive, sport specific training and sports conditioning regime for athletes and teams to prevent injuries. The Elite Sport Science Center is dedicated to improving sports performance using the latest proven scientific techniques to optimize conditioning time, train with sports-specificity and expand the quality of care for each athlete with daily advances in science. Our Elite Coaches have advanced degrees in the exercise sciences, and are certified strength and conditioning specialists (CSCS). 

Your Elite Coach will customize a plan for each athlete or team using:
  • Field based techniques that include drills that directly relate to play on the field, how to prepare for game time, and how to enhance athletic performance
  • Latest injury reduction techniques and education applicable to the athlete’s sport
  • We have access to a testing system that identifies deficits unique to each individual and we apply these results to our training techniques. This unique approach allows us to devise a program that strengthens these deficits and applies these improvements toward the athlete’s overall outcomes.

Here are details about some of the plans, tests and packages currently available:

Injury Screening & Prevention Test

This test is an algorithmic based software evaluation tool that identifies areas of potential injury for the entire body, head to toe. Over 40 different joint motions are tested and any limitations are identified by the test. A precise report is provided immediately following the test. This report identifies deficiencies in joint motion and highlights specific instabilities in that motion and exposes its possibility for injuries in the future. Results consist of an overall biomechanical stability score, joint instability analysis, spinal graph and an online exercise plan that addresses each instability.

This test helps reduce your risk of injuries and increases performance

The test is 10 minutes in length concluding with a 3 minute explanation of the results and exercise instructions. Your report is conveniently accessible on smartphones, computers, or tablet devices immediately after the test.

Rehabilitation ‘Bridge’ Program: 

A four-phase process that effectively prepares an athlete’s ability to return to competitive sport. Musculoskeletal strength and aerobic capacity are gradually enhanced; while each session incorporates technical and game-based exercises, thus easing the transition back to the playing field.

8 week (16 sessions) program for severe injuries (Grade 3 ligament damage, skeletal fractures)

6 week (12 sessions) program for moderate injuries (Grade 2 ligament damage, major muscle tear)

4 week (8 sessions) program for minor injuries (Grade 1 ligament damage, pulled muscle)

Sport-Specific SAQ:

A dynamic and progressive program to enhancing physical performance. Athletes will endure a science-supported program to improve their speed, agility and explosive movements that are proven to increase game-related involvement in invasion sports. All exercises will have sport-specific technical adaptations. 

60 minute sessions available in multi-booking formats (time-limits for completion apply):

8 sessions

12 sessions (save 5%)

18 sessions (save 10%)

24 sessions (save 15%)

Sport-Specific Strength Program:

An individually specified program tailored to improve the applied strength of athletes. The program is conducted on research proven to improve short distance speed, jumping ability and striking power. Each session will contain an enjoyable multi-facet approach.    

60 minute sessions available in multi-booking formats (time-limits for completion apply):

8 sessions

12 sessions (save 5%)

18 sessions (save 10%)

24 sessions (save 15%)

Sports Technical Program (Soccer Only):

A unique program to improve a player’s control of the soccer ball, balance in possession, speed of decision making, and overall effectiveness of technique. Players will also enhance their game-specific physical capacity throughout each progressive session.

60 minute sessions available in multi-booking formats (time-limits for completion apply):

5 sessions

10 sessions (save 5%)

15 sessions (save 10%)

20 sessions (save 15%)

Combination Package:

Combining two of the SAQ, Strength and/or Technical (soccer only) programs designed for an optimized improvement toward physical performance. Programs will split the volume of content equally across the two domains being combined (e.g. premium package – 9 sessions SAQ, 9 sessions Strength).

Combination Standard Package: 
  • 6 weeks
  • 12 sessions (6 sessions of each component)
  • 2 sessions per week – 60 minutes in length
  • 1 session of each component per week
Combination Premium Package:
  • 6 weeks
  • 18 sessions (9 sessions of each component)
  • 3 sessions per week - 60 minutes in length
  • 2 sessions of one component, 1 session of other component; following week, components alternate.

Complete Package:

Combining the SAQ, Strength and Technical (soccer only) programs designed for an optimal improvement toward physical performance. Programs will split the volume of content equally across the SAQ and Strength domains with 30 minutes of Technical practice at the end of each session

Complete Standard Package: 
  • 6 weeks
  • 12 sessions (6 sessions of each component with 30 minutes Technical at the end of each session)
  • 2 sessions per week – 90 minutes in length
  • 1 session of each component per week
Complete Premium Package:
  • 6 weeks
  • 18 sessions (9 sessions of each component with 30 minutes Technical at the end of each session)
  • 3 sessions per week - 90 minutes in length
  • 2 sessions of one component, 1 session of other component; following week, components alternate.

Annual Pass:

A complete program that is designed to reach optimal physical performance at peak time in the season. Volumes and intensities of training are changed throughout the calendar year to allow for appropriate recovery, thus optimizing physical and cognitive condition throughout the year.

365 day pass commencing from the date of program release:
  • Program allows for a maximum 156 private sessions (3 sessions a week on average; some weeks will require more sessions in a week than others).
