The Elite Therapy Solutions staff has worked as a team for over 10 years in sports medicine field in the Dallas & Fort Worth area. The Elite Team offers over 70+ years of combined sports medicine experience, including rehabilitation of numerous national and international level athletes. They have worked with both the American and Junior national soccer teams. Elite has been the exclusive sports rehabilitation provider for the Dallas Fury and the Dallas Sidekicks. The founding partners have provided physical therapy solutions for the Dallas Burn and consulting for the Dallas Mavericks Organization. They also have been athletic trainers for the Dallas Tornado, Dallas Americans, North Texas Heat, Baltimore Blast, US Olympic Team and FC Dallas. It’s no surprise that the Elite staff also have lifestyles focused around sports, activities and recreation including; soccer, tennis, weightlifting, marathons, softball & horseback riding.
Karlan Armstrong, MS, DPT, PT
Graduated from UTMB Galveston. Owner of Elite Centers. He has worked with exceptional high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. He served as PT for the Sidekicks, Dallas Burn for 8 years, a health consultant for the Dallas Maverick Organization and many area high schools. He was the Director of Therapy at Pine Creek Medical Center for 10 years.

Steve Parker, ATC, LAT
Graduated from SMU with a BA and MA. He has served as Athletic Trainer for the Dallas Tornado, Dallas Americans, North Texas Heat, Baltimore Blast, Dallas Sidekicks, US National Team, US Jr. National Team, US Olympic Team, Sting and The D'Feeters. He also traveled the world with World Championship Tennis and the USTA Satellite Circuit. He has sat on numerous Boards of Directors; Dallas Sports Rehabilitation Center, Sports Med Central Dallas, Richardson, and Denton, Sports Med City Centre. NASL team Physicians and Athletic Trainers Association, and NYS Charity board. He was Texas Operations Director For Novacare Rehab. Former columnist for Pro Tennis Magazine and Indoor Goal. Co-authored a few books and has appeared on TV as well as radio. Had the athletic trainer contract with Bishop Lynch HS, as well as The Greenhill School. He is also a licensed soccer referee and played competitively until a couple of years ago
